Build a Polymarket Copy Trading Workflow
This is a source-based decision workflow, not a connected trading system. Polycopy describes discovery, Copy Score, manual copying, simulated paper bots and separately paid live automation. Polyfollow describes copying traders with a vendor-reported 0% copying service fee. They are alternatives for this task; their accounts and controls were not connected or tested by Polytoolhub.
Define the activity before choosing software
Choose a specific market, the type of trader action you intend to follow, and whether you are only observing, simulating, copying manually or authorizing automated orders. A finished-trade score and a leaderboard do not establish future results or the outcome of a copy at a different time or size.
Separate software charges from venue costs
On September 29, Polycopy's official pricing page described free paper bots, $30/month Premium for live bots and a 0.5% service fee on real trades executed through its platform. Polyfollow's official plans page advertised 0% copying fees and no subscription, but explicitly noted that Polymarket can charge market-specific fees. These are dated vendor statements, not measured costs or a claim that either path is free of risk.
No live action was tested here
Polytoolhub did not link a wallet, install a bot, run a paper simulation or place an order. Before using an external service, confirm current access, signing permissions, which actions pause or close existing positions, how size and loss limits work, and the total cost in the exact market. Do not submit keys or account data to this directory.
Inputs and prerequisites
- A named Polymarket market and one candidate trader, with an understanding of the market rule and its date.
- A choice between observation, paper simulation, manual copying and separately authorized live automation.
- A written risk and total-cost budget; no wallet credentials or live account details are submitted to Polytoolhub.
Workflow: input to result
Choose a trader and inspect evidence
Input: A Polymarket market and candidate trader; avoid treating a single ranking as a performance forecast.
Action: Compare the vendor-documented trader data, finished-trade score and available market context in each service before following a trader.
Expected result: A shortlist and a record of what the score actually measures, not a trading recommendation.
PolycopyRole: Inspect vendor-described Copy Score and trader discovery
PolyfollowRole: Inspect vendor-described trader directory as an alternative
Choose another tool from Polymarket Copy Trading Bots and Tools
Handoff to the next step: Carry the market, trader and date into a paper/manual mode comparison; no product-to-product data transfer is established.
Check the result
- A named market/trader and documented score definition are recorded without calling either score predictive.
Limitations
- Historical trader metrics do not guarantee a later copy outcome.
Compare manual, simulated and live modes
Input: The chosen service's documented order controls and the operator's own permitted account mode.
Action: Distinguish Polycopy's manual copy, paper bots and separately enabled live bots from Polyfollow's offered copy-trading route; do not assume the two products exchange data or execute the same order.
Expected result: One intended mode and the unanswered permission and execution questions for that specific provider.
PolycopyRole: Vendor-described manual and paper modes before separately paid live automation
PolyfollowRole: Alternative vendor-described copying service, not connected to Polycopy
Choose another tool from Polymarket Copy Trading Bots and Tools
Handoff to the next step: Take only the chosen provider's documented mode and permission questions to the cost/control check; no wallet is connected here.
Check the result
- The mode is labeled observation, manual, paper or live, with the provider-specific access gap explicit.
Limitations
- Neither paper behavior nor authenticated live copying was tested by Polytoolhub.
Write down controls and charges before authorization
Input: The provider's current pricing and account instructions plus the chosen market's actual venue fees.
Action: Record the budget, size and stop rule, service fee, subscription or trial conditions, venue fees and whether pausing new copies closes existing positions. Do not give this directory a private key.
Expected result: A provider-specific checklist; until signing and stop behavior are verified, this directory gives no go-live instruction.
PolycopyRole: Date the subscription and executed-trade service fee
PolyfollowRole: Date the advertised 0% copying service fee separately from venue charges
Choose another tool from Polymarket Copy Trading Bots and Tools
Handoff to the next step: Only an operator outside this directory can determine actual account eligibility and a safe next action after resolving these questions.
Check the result
- The checklist distinguishes provider subscription/service fees from venue fees and marks stopping existing positions unknown.
Limitations
- Fee statements are vendor-reported and dated, not a measured transaction or a risk limit.
Review the result against the original decision
Input: The service's own portfolio or history view and a dated record of the selected mode.
Action: If the operator independently uses a service, compare actual orders and outcomes with the stated plan and revisit fees or stale source claims; Polytoolhub does not collect or verify these account records.
Expected result: An operator-owned record of differences and a correction to report if a directory fact is outdated, not a claimed profitable strategy.
PolycopyRole: Vendor-described portfolio view if the operator independently uses it
PolyfollowRole: Vendor-described dashboard as a separate alternative

Check the result
- A later operator can compare their own record with the originally chosen market/mode without claiming Polytoolhub verified an outcome.
Limitations
- No account history was obtained or checked by this directory.
Check the result
- Can the reader name the selected trader, market, time window and what the displayed metric actually measures?
- Is the chosen route observation, manual, paper or live, and are required permissions and stop/exit behavior documented?
- Are subscription, service and venue charges separated without a profitability or safety claim?
Limitations
- Neither vendor account, paper bot, wallet signing nor live copy execution was tested here.
- The services are alternatives, not an interoperable combined workflow; a 0% provider fee does not waive venue fees.
- A vendor Copy Score or leaderboard is not a verified forecast, and changing market rules or execution conditions can invalidate comparisons.
