What is Billy?
Billy organizes sports research around individual games. It compares prediction-market prices with sportsbook reference lines and explains why each signal fired. The app distinguishes heavy-money imbalance, a line moving with money, public wallet activity, analyst agreement and model-based expected value. Billy also operates a market-making desk; the public app and API expose research rather than the desk’s private positions or order flow.
